Can I use Mobile Rulebook without an Internet connection?
Yes! The native application allows you to browse, search, bookmark and make notes on all sections of the rulebook and casebook. The only elements unavailable without data access are videos and officiating articles.
How do I bookmark content in the app?
When viewing a rule, casebook, signal or other piece of content, click the bookmark icon and the entry will be saved to your app bookmarks, which are accessible via the main app menu.
How do I make notes about a rule or casebook entry?
When viewing a rule, casebook, signal or other piece of content, click the "Notes" button then type in your notes about that entry. Then tap save and the notes will be there the next time you view that section.
